"...We have never been let down schedule wise by Forcum Lannom ...and several of the projects have been what I call, "MIRACLE PROJECTS"...if you know what I mean...its next to impossible to really get the work done but when we stick together and we work together...we never seem to fail...and we have not failed. They also have been noted to staying within a budget! There is a budget established and they do some excellent... excellent...engineering to cut the costs but yet not cutting quality...on the building. I guess you call that value engineering."
