Our design professionals use “Revit” a building information modeling application (BIM) that accurately models your facility in 3-D. From this model, standard AutoCad drawings are produced and completely coordinated.

Communication and Information Management
Forcum Lannom Contractors utilizes “AutoDesk Constructware” project management software to optimize processes and control costs. With this system, information can be accessed anywhere via web browser 24 hours a day. This access to one source of information allows a team to improve productivity, accelerate routine process, saves time, and proactively mitigate risks to the project cost and schedule.

Scheduling
Whether phasing construction inside an existing building without disturbing ongoing operations or building a new facility, Forcum Lannom can build a project schedule to meet the needs of any project anywhere.

Forcum Lannom utilizes Primavera SureTrak and Microsoft Project to develop a total project schedule that also includes engineering/approval process, Owner performed items, equipment deliveries, and Owner milestones. This full approach allows the owner, general contractor, subcontractors, and equipment vendors to work off the same schedule so that the overall end product is delivered on time with NO SURPRISES!
