Project Description
Since our first project for First Citizens National Bank in 1999, we have completed more than 54,000 square feet of combined projects for them. Over the last two decades, we have constructed over 15 projects varying in size and scope as the Construction Manager. The most recent projects include the Collierville and Jackson locations.
The Collierville location was a seven-month project to build a one-story, 6,547-square-foot new branch bank. The building is structured with wood studs and trusses and steel column/beam framing, with gypsum board wall studs, and has brick veneer for the finish. The building also included top-of-the-line lighting, plumbing, and utility updates.
The Jackson location was a contemporary facility both in floor plan and layout and utilized the most modern banking equipment available. The building facility consists of 4,722 SF and includes a 3-lane drive-thru area.
