Tennessee Governor Bill Lee and TNECD Commissioner Stuart McWhorter announced on January 18 the selection of 12 new recipients for Site Development Grants (SDGs). These grants, amounting to about $17.9 million, aim to assist communities in enhancing infrastructure and engineering to support economic development projects and obtain Select Tennessee site certification.
The Industrial Development Board of Dyer County's $5 million grant is the largest Site Development Grant ever awarded. The grant will fund the construction of a 100,000-square-foot speculative building on the Commerce Park Interstate Site.
Forcum Lannom Contractors is honored to be part of the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber's Economic Development Team that made this happen. We have the experience to work with a prospect to develop their project from the early stages to completion. We can help anyone interested in joining this community and its manufacturing family.
