New Manufacturing Facility Grand Opening! Congratulations to our partners for another great year!
Last week Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) hosted a Grand Opening Ceremony at their new Sikeston, Missouri location. The ceremony welcomed local, regional, and state leaders to join in a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The new state-of-the-art, 500,000-square-foot production, and manufacturing facility adds 100 jobs for Sikeston and the surrounding communities and now joins 50+ facilities that CCM operates nationwide.
This new facility is designed to meet LEED Platinum requirements. It is on track to be the first industrial manufacturing building in the US to achieve standards under LEED v4 BD+C WDC and follows the latest advances in ESG principles.
Since our first project with Carlisle Construction Materials in 2000, we have completed more than two million square feet in combined projects and have been part of over $120,000,000 in investments for their facilities over multiple locations. Carlisle Construction Materials is a diversified manufacturer and supplier of premium, energy-efficient building products and related technologies for the commercial and residential construction markets. At this facility, CCM will manufacture energy-efficient insulation, which lowers energy costs for building owners and operators and helps reduce a building's GHG emissions. Additionally, this central location will reduce the carbon footprint of CCM's supply chain and improve material lead times for customers in this region, where the use of insulation in the building envelope is steadily increasing.
