Construction for the CB Music City Expansion in Nashville, Tennessee is finished. The new expansion includes state-of-art processing equipment to produce thaw-and-serve croissants and laminated products.
Crown Bakeries manufactures diverse fresh and frozen bread, baked goods, and dough products for leading food service, food manufacturing, and retail customers. CB Music City is one of eight manufacturing facilities owned and operated by Crown Bakeries and is the second project we have completed for them.
Forcum Lannom Contractors was honored to work with Crown Bakeries on another project and be their Design-Builder.
