Dyersburg Select Tennessee Certified Site Awarded Grant!
On June 24, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee and Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe announced 15 new Site Development Grants totaling more than $4.6 million. One of the grants awarded is for the Dyersburg/Dyer County Select Tennessee Certified Site, Commerce Park Interstate.
The Site Development Grants are to help communities invest in infrastructure and engineering improvements on project-ready sites. The City of Dyersburg plans to extend water, sewer, and gas lines to the site, making it “shovel-ready.”
