Forcum Lannom Contractors is excited to announce the promotion of two of our key personnel. Effective January 1, 2022, Crosby Childress will assume the title of Executive Vice President, and Dustin Seratt will be our Chief Financial Officer.
These promotions reflect their expanded and developing functions in the executive management of Forcum Lannom Contractors, LLC.
Dustin is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting. He has over 20 years of experience in managing finances and leadership. As Chief Financial Officer, Dustin will direct and oversee the financial activities for Forcum Lannom Contractors. Dustin is a Dyer County Native and a member of the First United Methodist Church, along with his wife Shelley and three daughters.
Dustin's growth with this company has progressed from Financial Analyst, Controller to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Crosby started with us on March 5, 2005; after graduating from UT Martin with his Bachelor of Science in Engineering in December of 2003. Crosby worked as an Engineering Intern until he was eligible to sit for the Professional Engineering (P.E.) exam.
Crosby has progressed in his professional career from Designer, Design Manager, Senior Design Manager, Director of Engineering and now Director of Engineering/Executive Vice President.
