We proudly announce that our recent Carlisle Construction Materials Polyiso Manufacturing Facility Project received its LEED Platinum v4 Certification!
The LEED Platinum v4 Certification is the highest standard for building energy efficiency designated by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), making the state-of-the-art, 500,000-square-foot facility the first-ever LEED Platinum v4 certification in North America for a manufacturing facility.
The facility achieves a 38% improvement in building performance via energy simulation modeling and generates over 10% of the energy used (by cost) through solar power. Additionally, the project contributes to environmental conservation by restoring over 25% of the surrounding area of the facility with native plants, reducing development impact on wildlife and people.
Since our first project with Carlisle Construction Materials in 2000, we have completed more than two million square feet in combined projects and have been part of over $120,000,000 in investments for their facilities over multiple locations.
