Forcum Lannom Contractors continues construction as the Design Builder for Develey Mustard & Condiments at their Dyersburg Facility.
Rooftop equipment was recently installed for the 115,000 SF new facility. A helicopter was required to place new HVAC equipment on the existing spec building roof. This operation is shown in attached video. The project includes 55,000 SF of food process area, 45,000 SF of warehouse, mustard seed tower, 15,000 SF office expansion.
