Meet the seven interns joining the Forcum Lannom Contractors team this summer as they gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of our company.
Forcum Lannom Contractors is excited to welcome our 2026 Summer Interns. Throughout the summer, these students will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of our company while learning from our experienced industry professionals.
Luke Glass – Field Intern
A graduate of Dyersburg High School and future Civil Engineering student at Mississippi State University, Luke joins the team as a Field Intern. He is excited to gain firsthand construction experience, develop relationships within the industry, and learn more about the project lifecycle from the field perspective.
Shelby Gullett – Business Development & Marketing Intern
Shelby recently graduated from Dyersburg High School and will attend Mississippi State University this fall to study Civil Engineering. After spending her senior year job shadowing at FLC, Shelby joins the team this summer as a Business Development & Marketing Intern. She is excited to gain a better understanding of how marketing, business development, and engineering work together to support company growth while building relationships with employees, clients, and industry partners.
Kameron Clark – Engineering Intern
Kameron is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Tennessee at Martin. During his internship, he is gaining experience in engineering design and project development while learning how engineering and construction teams work together.
Luis Martinez – Engineering Intern
Returning for another summer with FLC, Luis is a Civil Engineering student at Mississippi State University. He is expanding his knowledge of surveying, engineering design, and AutoCAD while gaining additional hands-on industry experience.
Graham Clark – Operations Intern
A Dyersburg native and graduate of Dyersburg High School, Graham is pursuing a degree in Construction Management at the University of Tennessee at Martin after transferring from Kansas State University. He is gaining valuable exposure to project operations and learning how construction projects are managed from start to finish.
Luke Watts – Estimating Intern
A graduate of Dyersburg High School, Luke is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Science with a minor in Business Administration at Mississippi State University. As an Estimating Intern, he is gaining hands-on experience in preconstruction and project estimating while learning more about how projects progress from concept to completion.
J.R. Dykes – Field Intern
A Dyersburg native and graduate of Dyersburg High School, J.R. is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Tennessee at Martin. During his internship, he is gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of construction while learning more about the industry and contributing to projects throughout the company.
We are excited to have Luke, Shelby, Kameron, Luis, Graham, Luke, and J.R. as part of the FLC team this summer and look forward to supporting their growth as they continue building their futures in the construction and engineering industry.
