Forcum Lannom Contractors is pleased to announce the advancement of two team members! Ethan Joyner has been promoted to Project Manager, and Mike Millner to Level III CAD/BIM Technician.
Ethan Joyner has more than four years of experience in the construction industry. After finishing high school, Ethan participated in a cooperative education program with a construction firm in Mississippi. He then worked as an Estimating Intern with us over the summer of 2021. Upon graduating in 2022, Ethan joined our team as an Assistant Project Manager and has since been promoted to Project Manager. A fascinating detail about Ethan is his status as a multi-engine instrument-rated private pilot, actively pursuing his commercial pilot license!
Mike Millner brings more than two decades of experience in construction and CAD/BIM technology. Beginning his career as a steel erector, he transitioned to drafting and joined us in 2011 as a Level I CAD/BIM Technician. After briefly leaving to pursue a full-time pastoral role, Mike returned in January and has now been promoted to Level III CAD/BIM Technician. He holds an associate degree in Christian Leadership from Union University and a bachelor's degree in Christian Leadership and Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University.
