Forcum Lannom Contractors is excited to announce the promotion of two key personnel. Effective February 1, 2024, Crosby Childress will assume the title of Chief Operations Officer, and Blake Clark will be our Director of Construction Operations.
 Crosby started with us in March 2005; after graduating from UT Martin with his Bachelor of Science in Engineering in December of 2003, he worked in Memphis for a year before returning to Forcum Lannom as a designer. Crosby worked as an Engineering Intern until he could sit for the Professional Engineering (P.E.) exam.
Crosby has progressed in his professional career from Designer, Design Manager, Senior Design Manager, Director of Engineering, Executive Vice President, and now Chief Operations Officer.
Blake joined us in May 1990, beginning as a Cooperative Engineering Student. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and continued his growth within the company from there.
Blake has progressed in his professional career from Field Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive, and now Director of Construction Operations.
