Varco Pruden Building-Solutions has recognized the Faurecia Interior Systems facility in Springhill, Tennessee as the Best-in-Class winner of the exclusive Varco Pruden’s 2021 Hall of Fame award. Varco Pruden is a division of BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc., and has a network of over 1,000 builders across the United States and Canada.
The highly competitive Hall of Fame Awards is awarded annually to the independent authorized Varco Pruden Builder, whose work reflects innovation and excellence using Varco Pruden building systems by creating an exceptional architectural appearance, efficient design, and effective end-use. The projects include a range of industrial, commercial, retail, and municipal projects.
Forcum Lannom Contractors worked with Agracel and Faurecia to develop, design, and construct the new state-of-the-art Faurecia Interior Systems manufacturing facility. Faurecia Interior Systems is a global leader in automotive technology. The 145,000 square facility represented a $30 million investment and took approximately ten months to complete.

We are honored to have the project selected into the 2021 Hall of Fame and sincerely thank Varco Pruden for recognizing our facility.
