Forcum Lannom Contractors is proud to welcome Erick Martinez to the team as a Project Engineer.
A Dyersburg native, Erick graduated from Dyersburg High School in 2022 before earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Murray State University in 2026. Having grown up around the company, with both of his parents working at Forcum Lannom Contractors, he is already familiar with the people and values that make up the organization.
Before joining full-time, Erick gained hands-on experience through three summer internships, working in project engineering, superintendent, and project management roles. He was drawn to Forcum Lannom Contractors because of its culture, reputation, and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, and he looks forward to continuing to grow his industry knowledge while further developing his estimating skills.
Erick brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and cooking, with Gatlinburg, Tennessee among his favorite vacation spots.
