At Forcum Lannom Contractors, we’re proud to welcome Newly Weds Foods to our community as they take over operations of the Develey Mustard & Condiments facility — a site we had the privilege of building from the ground up.
A Legacy We Helped Build
In 2018, Forcum Lannom served as the design-builder for Develey’s first U.S. facility — a 125,000-square-foot project that included:
- 64,000 sq. ft. of food processing space
- 51,000 sq. ft. of cold/dry storage
- 10,000 sq. ft. of office space
The site brought over 150 jobs to Dyersburg and marked a milestone for food manufacturing in our region.
