Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors has completed renovations to Forcum Lannom Materials facilities in Dyersburg and Jackson, Tennessee. The combined upgrades included installing a 4-ton packaged unit, installing a 4-ton split system heat pump, building cabinets and display cases, and constructing a 5,000 square-foot addition for the existing retail store, while 1,250 square feet was for showroom space. We provided design and construction services for the building and renovations.
