Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors was the general contractor for West Memphis Steel's new corporate office building in West Memphis, Arkansas. The project included constructing an 8,500-square-foot facility with a conventional steel structure, precast wainscot, and architectural siding walls, with a modified bitumen roof system to top it off. The office space was for sales, marketing, accounting, operations, and senior management. The meeting rooms, conference rooms, and a full-service chef's kitchen with specialized interior design brought the project together.
