Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors was honored to be the Design Builder for a 140,000 square foot expansion for Kenney Manufacturing in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Kenney manufactures window hardware, bathroom basics, shower and curtain rods under a variety of name brands.
The expansion, completed in 8 months, consisted of a Pre-engineered Metal Building structure with insulated metal sidewalls, standing seam roof and reinforced concrete floor. Forcum Lannom coordinated the equipment procurement for Kenney, allowing the owners to focus on other important tasks.
