Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors was pleased to complete the construction of a new 239,801-square foot Distribution Facility for Direct Customer Solutions. For this project, we installed approximately 45,096,000 pounds of concrete, 176,000 pounds of building structural steel in the Office area and 700,000 pounds in the Warehouse area, and 6,300,000 pounds of imported steel in the High Bay area. The building site is 49.7 acres and boasts a ground-mounted water storage tank that stores 200,000 gallons of water.
