Project Description

Forcum Lannom Contractors constructed the new 33,500-square-foot croissant expansion for Crown Bakeries in Nashville, Tennessee.  The development included state-of-art processing equipment to produce thaw-and-serve croissants and laminated products.   

Crown Bakeries manufactures diverse fresh and frozen bread, baked goods, and dough products for leading food service, food manufacturing, and retail Customers.  This facility is one of eight manufacturing facilities and is the second project we have completed for them.
