Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors designed and constructed a new 125,000SF facility for Develey Mustard & Condiments. The facility boasts 10,000SF for office areas, 64,000SF for manufacturing areas, and 51,000SF for refrigerated and dry food storage areas. The building structure is conventional steel with insulated metal and concrete wall paneling. This facility is their first United States facility and joined the other 17 manufacturing facilities that are located in 10 different countries.
