Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors has designed and constructed two significant projects for Novus International, Inc., an animal health and nutrition company in Little Rock, Arkansas. The combined projects included designing and installing two 5-story, vertical process towers and geo piers, construction of the packing room, and a new 2-story office structure.
Thanks to the Environmentally conscious features of the facility, it earned the LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. These features include water reuse, renewable energy sources, use of recycled materials, construction waste management, indoor environmental quality, and several other factors that reduce the environmental impact and enhance the human health environment.
We were honored to be the Design-Builder for both projects for Novus International, Inc.
