Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors completed a new 145,232-square foot Manufacturing Facility for Faurecia Interior Systems. Out of the total square footage, 123,047 square feet are reserved for manufacturing, 12,135 for office space, and 10,050 for the maintenance area, while the remaining 66,000 is utilized for parking. This project took nine months and consisted of a pre-engineered metal building structure with a tilt wall, CMU, and metal paneling for wall construction. Forcum Lannom was honored to be the Design-Build contractor for Faurecia.
