Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors served as the design-builder for Frazier Industrial Company’s production facility in Dyersburg, Tennessee. The $17.4 million state-of-the-art facility joins Frazier Industrial’s nine other plants across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. It is the largest of Frazier’s six American-based facilities.
The 176,490 square foot Pre-engineered Metal Building Structure, with reinforced concrete floors, was completed in 10 months. The manufacturing area was 169,100 SF, with 330,000 SF of exterior storage area along with facility offices and maintenance areas.
