Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors served as the Design-Builder for Nakatetsu’s new facility in Washington County, Tennessee. Nakatetsu is a leading bearing producer for the automotive industry.
The original plant had a total area of 65,000 square feet, and we have completed numerous expansions to bring the current building area to over 100,000 square feet. Forcum Lannom Contractors is proud of our long relationship with Nakatetsu during their continued growth. This growth has produced 60 jobs in Washington County and surrounding communities.
