Project Description
Forcum Lannom Contractors served as the Design-Builder working with Volunteer Industrial, LLC, to construct Pottery Direct’s first U.S. Facility in McKenzie, Tennessee. Pottery Direct manufactures ceramic flowerpots to supply growers, exporters, and wholesalers internationally. The $8 million investment by Pottery Direct established 40 new jobs in Carroll County. The 40,000-square-foot facility took nine months to build and is a fantastic addition to the City of McKenzie, Tennessee, and its surrounding communities.
