“OUR COLLABORATE PROCESS OF PLANNING, BUDGETING AND EVALUATING PROJECT OPTIONS CULMINATES IN SOLICITATION OF COMPETITIVE PRICING FROM MULTIPLE BIDDERS IN ALL PHASES OF THE WORK.”
Value Engineering
Throughout the development of the schematic design and the estimating phases, Forcum Lannom Contractors’ team will collaborate with the client to identify areas of true Value Engineering. We will investigate opportunities to cut the project’s cost and add true value for the client. Our clients receive the value of our extensive years of construction experience and our ability to recognize areas of value, whether in alternative materials, construction techniques, and systems that deliver the same function for the least cost.
Project Scheduling
The construction schedule is a fundamental part of the project planning phase. It is a timeline for every task and event in a construction project, and also defines the resources needed and the teams responsible for each task in the construction process.
Subcontractor Prequalification
Contractor prequalification is an information gathering and assessment process determining a contractor's capability, capacity, resources, management processes, safety record, and performance. It is vital that the subcontractor's structure supports the project’s needs, including compliance issues, decision-making, and resolution.
Permitting
We will work closely with the city or county permitting department during the design and construction process. Proper permitting verify that the project complies with local land use, zoning, and construction standards. These standards ensure the safety of current and future owners and occupants and provide enforcement of zoning and land-use policies.
